Payment Method

To serve better our world wide based clients, we have typical hours for correspondence from 9 am till 9pm Monday till Friday "(UTC+01:00) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris Time Zone". Clients ordering outside of those hours may not get immediate answer. However, we try to cover weekends and other times too.  As of now we offer German speaking support too. Additionally, to provide faster service for our customers, in case of shortage we reserve the right to replace Nootropic Hub products with products from our sister websites Muscle Powders & Nootropics EU.

Our Shipping Policy
Our policy is to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 1-3 working days. Generally, orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the following morning. Our postage cost covers both delivery charge and packaging. For all orders, we offer 10% refund when you spend over £50. Occasionally, we are out of stock of an item ordered. If we are not going to be able to dispatch the item within 3 days we will contact you to advise on the situation. Should you wish to change the order you can do so at that time. We will also offer you the option to receive a full refund instead.

Dear customers, We are now happy to announce that we have worked out a great deal with UPS. All of our orders will now be shipped out via recorded service of UPS. This service provides us with guaranteed delivery to European Union countries and to most other countries within two to five days. We hope that customers in the USA, the UK and the European Union will benefit from this as arrangement as UPS provides a very reliable and timely service. In addition, in order to reduce the cost of postage for our customers we are now happy to announce an automatic discount on all orders over £100 of 13%.

At the same time to keep your postage costs down we reserve the right to use any local next best recorded postage option. Some countries – including Japan, Australia, Switzerland and Norway are still very costly to be shipped to via UPS.

We are working on delivering you better deals every day and we sincerely hope that soon we can include all countries not currently included in the UPS deal.

Smaller packages to UK will be receiving free upgrade to UPS Express. EU upgrade coming soon ! UPS returns packages after 3th delivery attempt, Please provide mobile or phone numbers for UPS couriers, the postage for returned packages will be charged again.

For orders over 2.75kg please contact us for individual quote.

World Wide via UPS (2–5) working days to most destinations 1.75kg – 2.75kg = 18.5 GBP

For orders over 2.75kg please contact us for individual quote.

Japan & Hong Kong customers please choose the 18.5GBP rate as standard

US customers receiving goods via should track the goods via using the same tracking code once the goods enter the US teritory.
Goods via recorded option have ETA of 2-5 working days to most destinations.

99,99% of our parcels are posted within 1 day and are arriving on time within the estimated 2to5 working days.

Combined Postage
Customers who wish to purchase additional products from our sister web site should pay the full postage on the Nootropic Hub order and choose the postage option “ Paid on Nootropic Hub” when paying for the goods at . This option is only given up to an combined weight of 1.75kg and only if ordering the goods at the same time. Misuse of this option will result in cancelation of your order.

Returns and Refunds

At Nootropic Hub, it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know, however, that there may be occasions when you wish to return items. If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition to our address. Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the item. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange it for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
